James,  a certified public accountant of Hong Kong and the US, has more than 30 years of professional experience in China, Hong Kong and the US. He began his professional career with an international accounting firm in Hong Kong in 1987. James had also worked in Toronto, Canada focusing on US-Canada cross-border transactions and taxation. He now heads our assurance and China practices and was elected as Director of Russell Bedford International overseeing the Asia Pacific Region from 2012-2021.

Fion, a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in accounting and business advisory, currently heads our accounting division advising clients on payroll and accounting matters. She has extensive experience in SMEs and start-ups and has been assisting clients to set up accounting and payroll systems.

She started her career with an international accounting firm in 1994 and joined the quality assurance division of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2003. Kit-man has significant exposure and knowledge on audit and assurance works for local and multinational companies as well as non-profit organisations.
